EVERY MAN WEIGHS HIS OWN MYSTERY BY NWANKWO PROSPER

......EVERY MAN WEIGHS HIS OWN MYSTERY

After boys before flowers by: prince Joe.
.
Flowers are girls/// boys carry with so much pride/// in their hearts///as magics ready to make them immanent /// like a song fallen from the scriptures /// of a mother's tongue/// conjugates the meaning of love /// bounded by paradoxical promises /// of immune spirits/// flipping the pages of existence on our skins///
That sometimes chews/// the story in our minds into different anthems///
Painting the portraitures/// of everything admiring our shadow in the past and present /// with echoes of silence /// forging how we dodge /// our own reality in soliloquies ///an elegy of deism /// disjointing our bodies from ourselves///Hijacking our minds to places//contained in a mirror/// holding the origin of water/// and the meaning of flame as flowers/// combing our sanity/// from the depth of beauties seeking to know the darkness in our names///Because what makes a warrior/// is not the sword/// but the scars/// that tells his bravery ///and survival in every battle /// he fought to name the reality of his dreams ///And the wrinkles of love /// he couldn't conquer /// when love defeated his heart to kowtow /// the worth of a strange's soul ///Cos///sometimes /// we are a bank of joy/// running with the theme of brokenness/// like the spirit of water caged in the mirrors of ice /// cracks to speak in tongues ///Every man weighs ///  his own mystery ///In the heartbeats /// of ghostly metaphors.
